Financial Support

At Southridge, we believe that all young people have the potential to make a difference in the world. Our scholarship and bursary programs support students to boldly pursue their dreams.

Bursaries

Each year we offer partial and fully renewable bursaries and a limited amount of financial aid to new outstanding Grade 8-12 students.

How to Apply:

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open in September 2024.

Bursary applications are submitted within the general Southridge Application Form. Applicants are still required to pay the $300 application fee and the SSAT fees. Southridge will provide a waiver code for Apple Financial Services.

Additional Bursary Application Requirements

  • Apple Financial Services Submission:
Families applying for bursaries are required to submit financial information to a third-party assessor. Apple Financial Services collects information for standardized, confidential processing and provides us with a summary of their findings to assist us in determining financial need. The Financial Aid for Students Attending Canadian Schools (FACS) Form is available on the Apple Financial Services website.
  • 1-page essay response
  • Grade 8: 2 reference letters (teacher, coach, advisor, religious leader, etc.)
  • Grades 9-12: 1 reference letter (teacher, coach, advisor, religious leader, etc.)

We encourage you to connect with our Admissions department prior to applying for a bursary or financial assistance.
