Grade 7 Boys Soccer Team Wins ISEA Championship

Congratulations to the Grade 7 Boys Soccer Team on a very successful season. The boys played at home for the ISEA championships on October 24 under beautiful skies, but on the field a storm was brewing! Our boys faced Stratford Hall in our first game, a rematch from just one week earlier, where Southridge came away with a 4-2 victory, despite giving up the first goal of the day. This time our boys came out flying and never looked back, posting a 5-0 win and heading to the finals against St. Georges.

We started off the final strong, opening an early 2-0 lead. St. Georges answered with a goal of their own, but our boys never trailed, and opened the game up with successive goals in the second half to take home the ISEA championships 5-2!  Congratulations to our Grade 7 Boys Soccer team, and special thank you to Coach Troy Wood and Ms. Sullivan for the continued support this season.

Congratulations again on a successful season. Go Storm!
